Director of Programs & Founder
Jim brings a wealth of musical experience and has worked with others to create a new discipline, Therapeutic Music Entertainment, while bringing the transforming and healing power of music into children's hospitals and other special care settings. Jim, along with Paul G. Hill, has been perfecting this craft for over twenty-five years. From song writing to direct services to finances to grant writing and beyond, Jim is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization.

Renee Brendle
Executive Director Development & Administration
Renee serves as the Executive Director/Development & Administration for Hugworks. Previously, Renee held the positions of Administrative Director and Communications & Events Director at Educational First Steps. Holding a degree in Mass Communication from LSU-Shreveport, Renee has a broad base of experience in human resources, marketing and administration which will help lead Hugworks into the next 30 years.

Paul G. Hill
Senior Producer
Paul is the Senior Producer for Hugworks. An award-winning song writer and arranger, he has been active in the music industry for more than 30 years. His extraordinary musical and song writing skills and his caring heart, provide much of the creative talent for Hugworks' songs. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in music theory and composition.
